Lead complex customer onboarding programs from sales handoff through production launch. Define implementation plans, governance, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria while coordinating customers, architects, consultants, engineers, and implementation partners. Advise on AI Search, APIs, data, integrations, and technical trade-offs; manage escalations and executive communication; oversee post-launch transitions; and improve onboarding methodologies, tooling, playbooks, and mentoring across the Engagement Management Practice.

Partner with customers to drive adoption of Algolia's search platform through technical onboarding, solution design, workshops, hands-on implementation, documentation, and cross-functional escalation to ensure long-term customer success.
