Design and execute automated tests for APIs, web, and enterprise applications. Collaborate with developers on requirements, participate in release planning, build/maintain test suites, diagnose bugs, and validate system quality prior to release. Contribute to test strategy, review design documents, and improve data product QA processes.

Provide training and technical support for iTero and related dental software/hardware (IOS, IOC, Orthocad, ClinCheck). Troubleshoot clinical/software/hardware issues, document interactions, analyze trends, support internal and distributor education, participate in team meetings, and perform customer follow-ups and occasional evaluations. Frequent domestic travel and shift rotation may be required.

Design and implement scalable, secure iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams; lead code reviews and mentor developers. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, write unit and UI tests, profile performance with Instruments, follow Apple security guidelines, and prepare App Store submissions while integrating with GraphQL/REST APIs.
