The Digital Enablement Manager leads a digital enablement community and drives digital adoption in legal practices through stakeholder engagement, training, and strategic oversight of digital tools, ensuring measurable value from investments.

Manage partner distributions, capital and partner metrics; support partner-related tax, insurance and retirement income processes; administer insurance reviews and claims; maintain accurate records and reporting; liaise with partners and advisers; drive process improvements and support finance projects.

Provide dedicated knowledge management support to the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team: curate precedents, track legal developments, create user resources and training, pilot and implement AI/legal-tech solutions, and project-manage KM initiatives to improve lawyer productivity and client outcomes.
