Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and evaluation of premium client events and national engagement programs. Manage stakeholders, use CRM and client data to target campaigns, support webinars and digital engagement, adopt technologies to improve efficiency, and strengthen client relationships and brand presence. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on event management in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.

Lead general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, statutory reporting, audit coordination, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role also communicates results to senior stakeholders and drives process improvements to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency. This is a full-time, 12-month hybrid contract based in Sydney.

Qualified lawyers will draft and review legal documents, manage matters and transactions, conduct due diligence, provide complex legal advice, negotiate with clients, develop business, manage junior lawyers, and oversee discovery and e-discovery. Practice areas include litigation, M&A, banking and finance, technology, funds, employment, projects, competition, tax, and intellectual property. The role is permanent, full-time, and hybrid across Australian offices.
