Lead the strategy, planning, delivery, and evaluation of premium client events and national engagement programs. Manage stakeholders, use CRM and client data to target campaigns, support webinars and digital engagement, adopt technologies to improve efficiency, and strengthen client relationships and brand presence. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on event management in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology-enabled business solutions, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, governance, and reporting. Coordinate technical and business teams while driving stakeholder engagement, communications, training, business readiness, and user adoption. The role partners with senior stakeholders to align technology implementations with strategic, security, and delivery standards.

Supports firm-wide pricing strategy, commercial analysis, profitability reviews, alternative fee arrangements, and client pricing decisions. Coordinates pricing and rates operations, maintains agreement records, implements billing instructions, monitors rate changes, and supports annual reviews and renewals. The role also improves data quality, reporting, templates, automation, and pricing processes while providing guidance to business stakeholders.
