The Senior HR Advisor will provide strategic HR guidance, coach leaders, manage complex employee relations, and drive change management initiatives across NSW sites, fostering a collaborative workforce and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislation.

Lead commercial expansion for ALS Water across VIC, SA and TAS by targeting large government-funded projects, preparing tenders and proposals, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with senior managers and technical teams. Network at industry events, research market trends, and deliver customised laboratory solutions to win high-value contracts and uphold ALS brand standards.

Perform routine visitation, maintenance, installation and upgrade of remote streamflow and environmental monitoring stations. Collect, verify and record environmental data using field instruments and software, keep accurate field notes/photos/maps, assist on projects, and perform manual excavation and tool-based tasks in varied outdoor conditions.
