Perform accurate entry, management and collation of technical laboratory data; provide administration, reception and laboratory support; communicate results to clients and internal teams; meet deadlines under high sample volumes and tight turnaround times.

Collect client samples using a company vehicle, complete courier schedules safely and on time, conduct sampling according to procedures, assist with laboratory sample processing, and adapt to changing client requests. The role requires strong customer service, organization, safe driving, physical fitness, manual lifting of up to 15kg, and a current driver’s license.

Conduct hands-on testing of metallurgical and thermal coal, including safely handling samples, loading and unloading high-temperature ovens, crushing, sizing, dividing, recording test results, and completing site duties and safety reporting. The role involves rotating shifts, repetitive manual handling, dusty and hot conditions, and adherence to safety, quality, teamwork, and production standards. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.
