Hybrid inside sales and account management role focused on acquiring new customers, retaining and growing revenue within an assigned portfolio. Responsibilities include pipeline and CRM management, sales and account development planning, competitive intelligence, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining product/GDS knowledge. Office-based with one customer-facing day per week.
