Build pipeline through outreach and thought leadership, engage C-level stakeholders, translate sustainability and operational challenges into business value, collaborate with presales and delivery teams, maintain accurate forecasts and CRM records, and support customer value realization.

Manage end-to-end delivery of small to medium customer projects, overseeing scope, schedules, costs, quality, risks, governance, resources, and financial reporting. Build project plans, manage change requests, coordinate internal and customer stakeholders, provide status updates, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project closure. The role requires delivering customer-facing software or professional services projects, typically exceeding €100K with teams of five or more.
