  • Ensure project team members and customer resources clearly understand their roles, responsibilities, and assigned tasks.

  • Establish and maintain project governance and meeting cadence in line with Professional Services guidelines.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of risk management approach, including timely escalation to management.

  • Identify and manage potential risk mitigation actions, and successfully mitigate complex risks without compromising delivery quality.

  • Identify and escalate issues in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Balance competing project constraints (scope, time, cost, quality) to keep delivery on track.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Provide regular, accurate written and verbal project status updates to customers and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

  • Manage customer expectations and responsibilities in a timely and consistent manner.

  • Manage the overall customer experience on the project, balancing customer satisfaction with organisational goals such as revenue, margin, and product roadmap alignment.

  • Work with the Technical Lead to ensure deliverable quality is maintained at the appropriate level and that the team works to expected norms.

Track Record

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects with budgets greater than €100K and team sizes greater than five.
