Manage inventory procurement, supplier engagement and ERP-based transaction processing to support maritime sustainment. Prepare procurement documentation, raise and maintain purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, track repairable items, maintain materiel records in Objective and Defence systems, and produce inventory and expenditure reports.

The Executive Assistant & Office Lead supports the Managing Director and Leadership Team, manages office operations, and ensures compliance with governance and security requirements. Responsibilities include diary management, travel coordination, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on improving executive support processes.

Provide commercial and contract support across maritime defence programs, including ASDEFCON contract administration, procurement documentation, contract reviews, procurement strategy development, stakeholder liaison, and commercial advice for acquisition or sustainment activities.
