Support platform engineering and implementation for Targeting Systems including system build, configuration, environment setup, ICT deployments, and knowledge sharing with customers and stakeholders. Work across on-premise and cloud hosting environments while maintaining ICT security engineering standards.

Provide integration engineering services for Targeting Systems, enabling system integration, data exchange, and interoperability. Apply knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data exchange patterns to complex ICT integrations, and communicate and share technical knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Provide subject-matter expertise for ICT solution implementation and development of Targeting Systems, including design validation, delivery assurance, architecture advice, technical assurance, and stakeholder knowledge sharing.

Develop and maintain database solutions supporting Targeting Systems: design data storage, processing, and integration; optimize performance and data models; ensure secure data handling and share knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Provide configuration and technical data management services: version control, baselining, governance of engineering artefacts. Ensure lifecycle and audit compliance, use CM tools and processes, and share knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Provide sustainment and logistics engineering support for IMD, including supportability analysis, maintenance planning, and lifecycle sustainment documentation. Engage stakeholders, share knowledge with customers, and apply Defence sustainment practices to improve lifecycle supportability.

Administer and maintain systems and environments to support implementation, integration and ongoing operations for Targeting Systems. Perform monitoring, patching, environment management and ensure secure, stable ICT operations. Communicate and share knowledge with customers and stakeholders.

Perform systems integration and engineering tasks for Targeting Systems: requirements analysis, solution design, interface and interoperability work, and knowledge transfer to customers and stakeholders.

Provide system administration, configuration, maintenance, and operational support for implemented ICT/targeting solutions in secure environments; apply ITIL-based support practices and share knowledge with stakeholders.

Manage and administer enterprise database platforms for targeting systems, including performance tuning, backups and recovery, security controls, and stakeholder knowledge sharing.

Produce and maintain project and technical documentation, governance artifacts, and reports to support IMD delivery, configuration management, and decision-making. Ensure documentation control, apply configuration management practices, and share knowledge with customers and stakeholders. Use MS Office and document management platforms to manage and deliver authoritative project documentation.

Develop backend data services and database components to support application functionality and data processing for Targeting Systems. Build secure, scalable data services, integrate databases and APIs, and communicate technical solutions to customers and stakeholders.

Manage inventory procurement, supplier engagement and ERP-based transaction processing to support maritime sustainment. Prepare procurement documentation, raise and maintain purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, track repairable items, maintain materiel records in Objective and Defence systems, and produce inventory and expenditure reports.

Provide commercial and contract support across maritime defence programs, including ASDEFCON contract administration, procurement documentation, contract reviews, procurement strategy development, stakeholder liaison, and commercial advice for acquisition or sustainment activities.
