Manage and administer military training courses end-to-end: scheduling, course session management, trainee tracking, logistics coordination, facility bookings, documentation generation, PMKeyS data entry and audits, and support continuous improvement and governance for ADFSSO Training Wing.

Manage inventory procurement, supplier engagement and ERP-based transaction processing to support maritime sustainment. Prepare procurement documentation, raise and maintain purchase orders, monitor supplier performance, track repairable items, maintain materiel records in Objective and Defence systems, and produce inventory and expenditure reports.

Provide commercial and contract support across maritime defence programs, including ASDEFCON contract administration, procurement documentation, contract reviews, procurement strategy development, stakeholder liaison, and commercial advice for acquisition or sustainment activities.
