Lead day-to-day warehouse production and teams in a cold storage distribution site, ensuring safety, productivity, labour planning, KPI management, customer service, compliance, training, and continuous improvement across the operational area.

Own transport pricing, carrier management and freight cost modelling. Analyse carrier rates, build cost models and dashboards, run profitability and KPI reporting, support tenders and billing resolution, and drive network optimisation and continuous improvement.
