The Transport Administrator will support daily transport operations, manage transport documentation, coordinate with teams, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Lead frontline warehouse operations on an assigned shift, coaching large teams to meet safety, quality and productivity KPIs. Manage labour utilisation, rostering, cross-department coordination, employee engagement, performance management and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with site safety procedures.

Own transport pricing, carrier management and freight cost modelling. Analyse carrier rates, build cost models and dashboards, run profitability and KPI reporting, support tenders and billing resolution, and drive network optimisation and continuous improvement.

Lead national Chain of Responsibility (CoR) transport compliance: develop and govern CoR frameworks, policies, audits, risk registers, incident investigations, training, provider onboarding, and continuous improvement to ensure NHVR/NHVL compliance across sites and carriers.

As Finance Manager, the role involves providing financial insights, overseeing financial performance, and leading a finance team. Responsibilities include reporting, operational finance oversight, and driving continuous improvements.
