Leads second-line credit risk oversight for AMP Bank’s Business Finance portfolio. Responsibilities include policy and governance development, delegated credit approvals, commercial lending assessment, portfolio monitoring, watchlist and problem-asset oversight, regulatory compliance, risk reporting, strategic change support, and team leadership. The role provides independent challenge and recommendations to senior management, committees, and the Board while strengthening credit decision quality, controls, and risk culture.

Lead and develop an internal talent acquisition team, ensuring effective recruitment delivery, strong candidate and hiring-manager experiences, and operational excellence. Use AI, recruiting analytics, and market insights to improve processes, sourcing, reporting, diversity, internal mobility, employer branding, and agency effectiveness. Manage recruitment risks and controls while serving as the PeopleCONNECT Recruitment module subject matter expert and partnering with senior stakeholders across the organization.

Provides first-line risk support to Group Tax by managing tax risk governance, assessments, controls, testing, reporting, remediation, and data governance. The role maintains compliance plans, monitors risk indicators, conducts thematic reviews, supports regulatory obligations, and strengthens risk culture across Tax and Finance. It collaborates with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and assurance stakeholders to improve the tax control environment and provide practical risk insights.
