Provides first-line risk support to Group Tax by managing tax risk governance, assessments, controls, testing, reporting, remediation, and data governance. The role maintains compliance plans, monitors risk indicators, conducts thematic reviews, supports regulatory obligations, and strengthens risk culture across Tax and Finance. It collaborates with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and assurance stakeholders to improve the tax control environment and provide practical risk insights.

Partner with AMP Technology executives to shape workforce strategy, capability planning, operating models, talent priorities, AI adoption, and organizational transformation. Use workforce analytics, market insights, and talent risk assessments to provide executive recommendations. Influence leadership decisions, facilitate strategic discussions, challenge thinking, and help build the skills, structures, and leadership needed for future technology and digital teams.

Design, configure and enhance AMP's ServiceNow ITSM capability. Deliver scalable ITSM solutions, improve CMDB/ITOM/CSDM alignment, build workflows, automations, integrations, reports and stakeholder-facing platform features, and support broader technology transformation.
