Oversees infrastructure, cloud, networking, DevOps, platform engineering, integration, testing, automation, and end-user computing. Drives secure, resilient, scalable platforms, engineering excellence, modernization, operational performance, investment optimization, governance, and innovation. Partners with executive stakeholders while developing leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and delivering enterprise-wide technology outcomes.

Provide end-to-end employee relations case management and practical advice to leaders on performance management, investigations, disciplinary action, terminations, illness or injury matters, and employment legislation. Coach stakeholders, interpret policies and industrial instruments, manage ER risks, ensure compliant outcomes, and contribute to ER procedures, guidelines, governance, and continuous improvement.

Manage day-to-day tax compliance across income tax, GST, excise, FBT, and other taxes. Research and interpret Australian taxation law, provide ad hoc tax advice, maintain tax governance procedures, and liaise with finance and business stakeholders. The role also supports tax projects, process improvements, legislative updates, and the use of SAP, robotic process automation, AI, and machine learning to improve compliance activities.

Provides national engineering oversight and technical support for Energy Solutions assets, including electrical standards, safe working practices, project design, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical documentation. The role develops procedures, supports continuous improvement and electrical hardware R&D, evaluates new systems, and helps expand access to technical standards through AI capabilities.

Lead complex employee and industrial relations initiatives, including enterprise bargaining, union engagement, compliance programs, organisational change, and transformation activities. Provide expert advice on awards, enterprise agreements, employment legislation, and workplace disputes. Support Fair Work Commission matters, manage employee claims, build stakeholder relationships, and develop best-practice employee relations frameworks across the business.

Lead and execute regional B2B sales strategy for Ampol's fuel, lubricants, card and future energy products. Manage up to five direct reports, maintain sales pipeline, identify growth opportunities, conduct monthly business reviews and coaching, collaborate on market strategy, and foster stakeholder relationships across NSW and ACT.

Drive growth and profitability of Ampol's lubricants business through national distributor management. Use data and market insights to develop sales plans, forecasting, pricing recommendations, and product mix optimisation. Support and coach distributor sales teams, ensure contractual and brand compliance, and build stakeholder relationships to deliver commercial outcomes.
