Manage up to five direct reports, maintain sales pipeline, identify growth opportunities, conduct monthly business reviews and coaching, collaborate on market strategy, and foster stakeholder relationships across NSW and ACT.

Deliver accurate, compliant payroll for designated business areas, act as payroll SME on tax, superannuation and employment conditions, resolve escalated queries, support system configuration and testing, improve processes, maintain case records in Salesforce, and communicate payroll updates.

Provide employment and industrial relations legal advice across Australia and other jurisdictions, manage disputes and tribunal matters, support enterprise bargaining and industrial strategy, conduct investigations and training, advise on M&A and restructures, manage external counsel, and support compliance, governance and ESG reporting.

Coordinate and govern high-volume B2B bid and tender processes. Produce persuasive proposals, pitch documents and customer communications by gathering, refining and standardising content from Sales, Marketing, Product, Pricing and Legal. Maintain bid content repositories and knowledge library, support bid tools and continuous improvement, and use Salesforce and other systems for tracking and reporting.

Lead HSE activities for Energy Solutions, driving frontline safety and contractor compliance across EV and energy infrastructure. Provide risk insights, own control and authorisation systems, support governance, and develop HSE plans aligned with organisational strategy.
