Support planning and execution of retail site conversions across the network. Coordinate Site Managers, contractors, vendors, and program teams; provide first-level support; triage issues; track risks, dependencies, readiness, and progress; deliver reporting; and ensure safety, operational, and program compliance. Lead the national deployment of retail site conversions across Ampol’s network. Responsibilities include overseeing site readiness, branding, equipment changeovers, system cutovers, handovers, sequencing, risk escalation, governance reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also leads and develops Site Conversion Advisors while coordinating with field operations, PMO teams, vendors, and stakeholders to minimize disruption and deliver transformation outcomes safely and consistently.

Acts as the strategic technology partner for Commercial Fuels, aligning technology direction with business objectives. Builds executive relationships, identifies technology opportunities, translates business needs into scalable solutions, prioritizes demand and investment, develops business cases and ROI models, and supports product and platform roadmaps. The role drives digital transformation, cross-functional alignment, measurable business outcomes, and value realization while balancing tactical needs with long-term strategy.

Designs, configures, and supports enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions, with emphasis on Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure identity services, Active Directory, lifecycle management, access governance, integrations, REST APIs, workflows, and automation. The role investigates root causes, improves IAM capabilities, and collaborates with security, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, scalable identity solutions.

Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for P&C platform initiatives. The role gathers and documents requirements, analyzes processes and dependencies, defines acceptance criteria, supports testing, evaluates solution options, facilitates workshops, and contributes throughout delivery from design through implementation and BAU transition. It requires strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and analytical skills in complex environments.

Supports the integration of EG Australia and Ampol Foodary merchandise operations by processing product, pricing, promotion, range, supplier funding, and rebate changes across business systems. Validates data and approvals, prepares sales and category analysis, maintains trackers, and supports Category Managers with accurate administrative and systems execution during the transition.

Lead the people-change strategy for Ampol’s Commercial Fuels & Energy operating model transformation. The role manages stakeholder engagement, organisational impacts, readiness, communications, adoption, leadership alignment, risks, dependencies, workshops, and change interventions. It partners with senior leaders, People & Culture, and cross-functional teams to embed new roles, processes, governance, systems, and ways of working across a complex organisation.

Owns and supports Ampol’s POS applications across its retail network. Responsibilities include POS configuration, transaction processing, master data management, integration analysis, testing, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, requirements analysis, solution design, project delivery, deployment support, Jira administration, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the technical SME for POS platforms and connected downstream systems, ensuring reliable transactions and accurate data exchange.

Owns the analysis, configuration, testing, certification, troubleshooting, deployment, and support of retail payment systems, including OPTs, terminals, gateways, POS integrations, and downstream services. Acts as the payment technology SME, resolves production incidents, supports requirements and solution design, manages Jira backlogs and defects, coordinates vendors, and contributes to pilots, store implementations, releases, and continuous improvement.
