Provides national engineering oversight and technical support for Energy Solutions assets, including electrical standards, safe working practices, project design, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical documentation. The role develops procedures, supports continuous improvement and electrical hardware R&D, evaluates new systems, and helps expand access to technical standards through AI capabilities.

Lead complex employee and industrial relations initiatives, including enterprise bargaining, union engagement, compliance programs, organisational change, and transformation activities. Provide expert advice on awards, enterprise agreements, employment legislation, and workplace disputes. Support Fair Work Commission matters, manage employee claims, build stakeholder relationships, and develop best-practice employee relations frameworks across the business.

Manage Group cash, liquidity, FX and interest rate risk, own daily treasury processes, design and execute hedging strategies, deliver risk measurement and reporting, optimise working capital, embed AI/automation in treasury workflows, and provide cross-team treasury coverage and stakeholder advice.
