Oversees infrastructure, cloud, networking, DevOps, platform engineering, integration, testing, automation, and end-user computing. Drives secure, resilient, scalable platforms, engineering excellence, modernization, operational performance, investment optimization, governance, and innovation. Partners with executive stakeholders while developing leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and delivering enterprise-wide technology outcomes.

Provide end-to-end employee relations case management and practical advice to leaders on performance management, investigations, disciplinary action, terminations, illness or injury matters, and employment legislation. Coach stakeholders, interpret policies and industrial instruments, manage ER risks, ensure compliant outcomes, and contribute to ER procedures, guidelines, governance, and continuous improvement.

Manage day-to-day tax compliance across income tax, GST, excise, FBT, and other taxes. Research and interpret Australian taxation law, provide ad hoc tax advice, maintain tax governance procedures, and liaise with finance and business stakeholders. The role also supports tax projects, process improvements, legislative updates, and the use of SAP, robotic process automation, AI, and machine learning to improve compliance activities.
