Responsible for pipeline integrity and reliability across Ampol's network, ensuring AS2885 compliance. Develop inspection, testing, maintenance and repair strategies, manage contractors and CP systems, maintain registers, approve third-party enquiries, and support lifecycle management and continuous improvement while upholding HSSE and process safety.

Provide employment and industrial relations legal advice across Australia and other jurisdictions; manage disputes, investigations and tribunal matters; support enterprise bargaining and industrial strategy; advise senior stakeholders and People & Culture; support M&A, restructures, governance, Modern Slavery and ESG; manage external counsel.

Two-year graduate program with structured rotations in manufacturing, supply scheduling and B2B pricing. Develop analytical, commercial and stakeholder engagement skills through hands-on assignments, training and mentorship, preparing for a permanent full-time role at program completion.
