Resolve the most complex technical issues for Anaplan customers as part of a global Level 3 support team. Troubleshoot and diagnose system-level problems, use monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana), collaborate with Engineering/Product/Customer Success, document investigations, raise and track bugs, lead release reviews, onboard features for support, and provide 24/7 emergency on-call coverage with adjusted shift schedules.
