Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, including people in crisis or with complex needs. Manage reception, site administration, supplies, rooms, equipment, contractors, records, communications, inductions, meetings and facilities requests. Process invoices, accounts payable, expenditures, reconciliations and reimbursements while protecting confidentiality and supporting Community Services teams.
