  • Process invoices, accounts payable items, expenditure, reconciliations and reimbursement requests accurately.

What you'll bring

You are a warm, organised and dependable administrator who remains calm under pressure. You communicate respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality while delivering accurate, high-quality work.

  • Excellent organisation, accuracy and time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences
