Develop startup ecosystem relationships, partner with cloud providers, collaborate cross-functionally on localized offerings, and represent ANZ priorities globally. The role requires extensive technology sales leadership, startup ecosystem credibility, consumption-based sales experience, and the ability to communicate technical products to varied stakeholders.

Leads Anthropic’s APAC Customer Success organization across India, Japan, Korea, ASEAN, and ANZ. Builds and manages regional teams, defines localized CS strategy, and owns customer health, retention, expansion, adoption, and satisfaction. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, cloud partners, and systems integrators; represents the company with executive customers; establishes scalable processes; and incorporates APAC customer needs into global strategy and responsible AI deployment.

Serve as primary employment counsel for APAC, advising People teams and business leaders across Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, and India. Build legal infrastructure for market entry, workforce structuring, compensation, benefits, employee relations, disputes, privacy, and AI-related employment regulations. Develop scalable compliance templates, playbooks, training, and guidance while managing outside counsel and collaborating across time zones.

Develops strategic technical partnerships with system integrators and cloud providers, creates enterprise GenAI solutions and reference architectures, supports strategic customer deals, leads technical enablement events, and channels partner feedback into Anthropic’s product roadmap. The role requires extensive customer-facing architecture experience, cloud expertise, LLM familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.

Drive enterprise adoption of Anthropic’s AI products across Australia and New Zealand, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Build strategic relationships, acquire new accounts, expand existing accounts, negotiate complex agreements, and exceed revenue targets. Develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies, craft tailored AI solutions, collaborate with product and engineering teams, influence the product roadmap, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

Build Anthropic’s relationships with communities surrounding Australian data centres across site selection, construction, and operations. Develop engagement strategies, coalitions, listening sessions, and community benefits; represent the company at public forums and media events; monitor local sentiment and political dynamics; coordinate charitable and economic development commitments; and create scalable engagement processes. The role partners with infrastructure, energy, sustainability, communications, policy, and real estate teams and requires travel up to 50% of the time.
