Lead and manage onshore and offshore transfer agency operations, mentor team leaders, oversee client onboarding and service delivery, implement target operating model, handle escalations and incident reporting, and support operational projects to ensure performance excellence and client satisfaction.

Partner with APAC regional leaders to standardise and optimise budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and governance. Drive financial planning, analysis, process automation, KPIs, and alignment with Group FP&A to support strategic decision-making across multiple countries.

Manage NAV operations and a team of investment analysts to deliver timely, accurate valuations and unit prices. Oversee data entry/reconciliations, controls (SSAE 18), audit liaison, regulatory reporting, client relationships, process improvements, and staff training.
