Supports the Planning team by analyzing sales, margin, inventory, and product performance; forecasting demand; managing stock levels, allocations, replenishment, orders, delivery schedules, and markdowns. Produces reports, calculates sizing ratios, develops exit strategies for slow-moving products, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to optimize store and online availability.

Supports HR administration and the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, contracts, HRIS data, policy maintenance, performance reviews, employee engagement, reporting, and compliance. Coordinates return-to-work processes and workers compensation claims for retail employees while serving as a first point of contact for HR queries. Partners with retail management, agencies, insurers, and rehabilitation providers to deliver an effective employee experience.

Develop and improve performance reports and dashboards, deliver accurate data, analyze trends, and support business decision-making. The role includes data cleaning, validation, visualization, reporting-system administration, AI transformation projects, and maintaining reporting hierarchies. The analyst will use SQL, Excel, Power BI, data warehousing, ETL concepts, and AI tools such as Claude and Copilot while collaborating with commercial teams.
