Work with First Nations participants to deliver culturally safe, holistic employment services: develop tailored plans, build employer and community relationships, enhance employability skills, and meet contractual and compliance requirements.

Design, build, and operate Azure cloud environments; create and maintain Terraform IaC and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions); embed DevSecOps controls; implement monitoring and alerting; support incidents and on-call rotation; collaborate to improve platform architecture and automation.

Deliver and assess Employability Skills Training to diverse cohorts, create tailored materials, provide one-on-one coaching, monitor learner progress, engage employers and community partners, promote programs, maintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality processes.

Provide occupational rehabilitation assessment and case management for workers with physical and/or psychological injuries. Conduct vocational, transferable skills, job-preparation and worksite assessments; collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical specialists and allied health; develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans within a multidisciplinary team to support return-to-work or new employment.

Manage and improve APM's end-user computing environment: deploy and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, VDI/DaaS and applications; implement security controls, patching, capacity planning, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure secure, performant workplace technology.

Provide clinical rehabilitation counselling and health coaching to support clients returning to life after physical or psychological injury. Manage complex psychological cases, perform vocational assessments (in-person and virtual), deliver psychosocial support to corporate and government clients, and use psychosocial risk tools to achieve client outcomes.

Provide workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation services as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist. Assess clients (ergonomics, needs, scheme-based), manage cases toward return-to-work goals, support employment/training planning, and engage stakeholders to deliver client-focused rehabilitation solutions.

Provide NDIS support coordination: implement participants' NDIS plans, coordinate services, complete compliant administration, build and maintain stakeholder networks, promote MyIntegra and generate leads, and conduct participant visitations as required.

Provide evidence-based assessment, diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, deliver manual therapy and exercise prescription, run group classes, communicate with GPs/referrers, collaborate with allied health and prepare treatment reports for stakeholders.

Provide one-on-one support to participants with disability to become job-ready, engage local employers, generate job opportunities, secure placements, manage compliance and data, and achieve KPI targets through coaching, advocacy, and business development.

Lead and mentor a team of 11+ Youth Support Workers across multiple offices and outreach sites in the Transition to Work program. Provide training, coaching, performance management, interpret local data, build business relationships, plan for program success, solve complex issues, and ensure positive outcomes for youth.

Support participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, secure, and maintain sustainable employment. Provide confidence-building, creative job-readiness solutions, employer engagement, advocacy for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, and ongoing participant support to ensure successful placements.

Support Workforce Australia participants to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment through coaching, advocacy, employer partnerships, workplace adjustments, and tailored support. Coordinate checks and readiness requirements, celebrate successful placements, and provide creative solutions to remove employment barriers.

Support participants with barriers to employment by coaching job readiness, preparing resumes and interviews, sourcing and pitching candidates to employers, negotiating trials/subsidies, managing employer relationships and achieving placement KPIs with accurate documentation.

Lead end-to-end tender and bid responses for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and workplace mental health services. Analyze tender documents, develop persuasive compliant proposals, engage SMEs for content, manage multiple high-throughput submissions, maintain bid content library, and drive continuous improvement in bid processes and templates.

Support participants with disability to become job-ready and secure employment by coaching, resume/interview assistance, employer engagement, cold calling, negotiating trials/subsidies, managing compliance and KPI-driven placement pipelines, and building long-term employer relationships.
