Work with First Nations participants to deliver culturally safe, holistic employment services: develop tailored plans, build employer and community relationships, enhance employability skills, and meet contractual and compliance requirements.

Provide vocational and psychosocial assessments, supportive counselling, and return-to-work planning for clients recovering from injury or illness. Work with employers and healthcare partners, conduct in-person or virtual appointments, and support client progress toward independence and reintegration into work and community.

Support participants with disability, injury, or long-term unemployment to become job-ready, coach interview and resume skills, and secure employment by building employer relationships, marketing candidates, negotiating trials/subsidies, and meeting KPI placement targets while managing compliance and documentation.
