Support people with disability, injury, or illness to prepare for, secure, and maintain sustainable employment. Build participant confidence, identify suitable job matches, create solutions to overcome employment barriers, advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace adjustments, and develop partnerships with inclusive employers. The role also involves motivating participants, supporting successful placements, and building lasting connections with stakeholders.

Facilitate tailored employability, job-readiness, and foundational-skills training for diverse job-seeker cohorts. Provide individual coaching, career planning, assessments, and employment support; adapt materials to learner needs and employer expectations. Monitor progress, maintain records, promote the program through outreach and networking, and collaborate with employment providers, community organizations, and employers to support participant transitions into work.

Supports clients recovering from injury or illness through vocational and psychosocial assessments, counselling, return-to-work planning, and coordination with employers and healthcare partners. Builds client confidence, independence, resilience, and readiness for work or daily life through flexible in-person and virtual consultations.
