Business Development Manager responsible for hunting and closing new B2B customers for mental health, EAP, psychosocial risk, and digital wellbeing solutions. The role owns prospecting, pipeline development, consultative sales, proposals, tenders, pricing negotiations, forecasting, and CRM management. It requires collaboration with marketing, clinical, product, and account management teams, plus engagement with senior HR, health and safety, and wellbeing stakeholders.

Develop and support Wellbeing Gateway, building secure, scalable full-stack web applications across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines. Own features from design through production support, contribute to architecture and Agile delivery, maintain legacy systems during platform transition, investigate defects, improve technical quality, and share knowledge with developers and stakeholders.

Shape enterprise business application strategy, target-state architecture, investment recommendations, application rationalization, and transformation roadmaps. The role translates business priorities into technology direction, guides platform modernization and governance, and ensures secure, resilient, interoperable solutions. It partners with cloud, data, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and AI specialists while mentoring architects and influencing senior stakeholders.
