Drive workforce planning for Design & Engineering in Australia: manage demand marketplace, maintain 12-week forecasts, support mobilization/demobilization, engage stakeholders and pursuits, improve WFP data and tags, identify recruitment needs, escalate supply/demand risks, and provide insights to enable resourcing decisions.

Lead and establish onshore wind farm Balance of Plant (BoP) design capability in Australia. Manage multidisciplinary design teams across civil, electrical and environmental disciplines through tender, ECI and detailed design phases. Coordinate design optimisation, interfaces with contractors and clients, embed best-practice tools and workflows, ensure constructability and cost effectiveness, and mentor teams while liaising with global centres.

Lead and maintain quality management for engineering and consultancy projects: develop and enforce QA/QC processes, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate quality improvements across teams.

Contribute to multimodal transport planning projects including active and public transport, corridor and precinct network planning, traffic engineering assessments, and prepare reports, presentations and proposals while developing technical skills and supporting project delivery.

Develop and maintain hydrologic and hydraulic flood models using TUFLOW and related tools. Conduct flood studies, floodplain mapping, risk assessments, development application reviews, and climate change analysis. Prepare technical reports and flood risk management plans, while consulting with councils, government agencies, multidisciplinary teams, and communities on mitigation measures.

Lead pursuit planning and positioning for high-value bids: facilitate workshops, shape win strategies, coach teams on competitive positioning, oversee complex proposals from strategy to submission, and influence senior stakeholders to secure opportunities.

Lead delivery of urban development projects (primarily industrial), provide technical leadership, manage project performance, budgets, H&S and resources, support project managers, develop client accounts and new business, and ensure sustainable, risk‑aware delivery meeting time, cost and quality targets.

Provide technical ecological advice, conduct field surveys and mapping, prepare reports, manage project components, support business development, and mentor junior ecologists across NSW, VIC and QLD.

Lead growth and delivery of PMO, Project Controls and Capital Programme Advisory across Australia. Build client relationships, advise on governance, reporting and controls, support major capital programmes and transformations, drive business development, and develop regional capability and digital/data-enabled delivery standards.
