Lead and establish onshore wind farm Balance of Plant (BoP) design capability in Australia. Manage multidisciplinary design teams across civil, electrical and environmental disciplines through tender, ECI and detailed design phases. Lead delivery of urban development projects (primarily industrial), provide technical leadership, manage project performance, budgets, H&S and resources, support project managers, develop client accounts and new business, and ensure sustainable, risk‑aware delivery meeting time, cost and quality targets.

Develop, run and maintain hydraulic and hydrologic models (TUFLOW, WBNM, HEC-RAS) for flood behaviour; perform floodplain management, planning/development reviews, risk assessments (including climate change), stakeholder engagement, and prepare technical flood reports and mitigation feasibility studies.

Provide technical ecological advice, conduct field surveys and mapping, prepare reports, manage project components, support business development, and mentor junior ecologists across NSW, VIC and QLD.
