Lead and establish onshore wind farm Balance of Plant (BoP) design capability in Australia. Manage multidisciplinary design teams across civil, electrical and environmental disciplines through tender, ECI and detailed design phases. Coordinate design optimisation, interfaces with contractors and clients, embed best-practice tools and workflows, ensure constructability and cost effectiveness, and mentor teams while liaising with global centres.

Lead pursuit and proposal lifecycle: shape early opportunity strategy, facilitate pursuit workshops, manage end-to-end proposal development, ensure quality and governance, and produce client-focused, winning submissions.

Contribute to multimodal transport planning projects including active and public transport, corridor and precinct network planning, traffic engineering assessments, and prepare reports, presentations and proposals while developing technical skills and supporting project delivery.
