Manages workplace operations across Arcadis offices in Australia, ensuring consistent user experience, facilities standards, compliance, health and safety, supplier performance, and service quality. Leads internal teams and outsourced providers, manages workplace contracts and supply chains, oversees budgets exceeding $0.5 million, coordinates audits and communications, and supports workplace projects. Acts as the country escalation point and partners with regional and global workplace teams, directors, unions, work councils, and enabling functions.

Lead MEP cost management and quantity surveying services for infrastructure, data centre, energy, and complex building projects. Responsibilities include cost planning, estimating, procurement, benchmarking, commercial management, technical risk assessment, proposal support, project execution planning, and stakeholder collaboration. The role also supports development of Arcadis’s MEP consultancy offering and delivers projects within time, cost, quality, sustainability, and environmental requirements.

Leads multidisciplinary design delivery for large renewable energy projects from feasibility through construction support. Manages design scope, schedules, resources, quality, risks, compliance, stakeholder coordination, and technical interfaces across solar, wind, BESS, hybrid renewable, transmission, substation, and grid connection projects. Works closely with clients, contractors, utilities, regulators, project directors, and discipline leads to deliver designs within budget, schedule, safety, and project requirements.
