Troubleshoot toolchain and dependency failures, optimize build performance, provision infrastructure with Ansible, manage source control, and produce documentation and incident postmortems.

Provide Tier-3 technical support and escalation for Arista networking products, troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, liaise with engineering/product teams, document cases and recurring issues, and assist customers during installation, operation, and maintenance.

Operate, scale, and automate Arista's internal engineering platform in a hybrid-cloud environment. Build and maintain reliable, observable CI/CD and production systems, automate operations, triage incidents, produce postmortems and runbooks, collaborate with product teams to remove bottlenecks, and adopt best-practice infrastructure and security.

Design and deliver high-speed Ethernet switch hardware from specification through production: author specs, select and qualify components, capture schematics, collaborate on PCB layout, run signal and power integrity simulations, specify PCB stackups, manage contract manufacturers, prototype lab bring-up and debug, drive cross-team system-level debug, ensure manufacturability, and mentor engineers.

Drive product compliance for data center switches by defining EMC design guidelines, creating compliance plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, conducting and witnessing EMC tests, troubleshooting and resolving non-compliance, documenting results, and qualifying vendors/components. Track regulatory standards and update processes to ensure international approvals.
