Provide Tier-3 technical support and escalation for Arista networking products: troubleshoot complex network protocols and hardware/software issues, respond to customers, document cases, and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve and improve product quality.

Drive new business and revenue growth across Sydney enterprise and commercial accounts. Build pipeline, engage executives, design solutions with engineering teams, manage channel partnerships, execute demand-generation activities, and represent the company at industry events.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable FPGA build systems and CI/CD pipelines. Automate builds with Python, Shell, and Makefiles; containerize environments with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes. Troubleshoot toolchain and dependency failures, optimize build performance, provision infrastructure with Ansible, manage source control, and produce documentation and incident postmortems.

Lead strategic enterprise sales to drive adoption of AI-ready infrastructure across major accounts. Sell GPU/cloud compute, high-speed switching, and observability solutions; engage C-level executives; partner with pre-sales, partners, and services to design architectures, create demand-gen, and close multi-million dollar, complex deals for large-scale AI and Neocloud deployments.

Operate, scale, and automate Arista's internal engineering platform in a hybrid-cloud environment. Build and maintain reliable, observable CI/CD and production systems, automate operations, triage incidents, produce postmortems and runbooks, collaborate with product teams to remove bottlenecks, and adopt best-practice infrastructure and security.

Design, implement, verify and optimize high-speed, low-latency FPGA digital logic (VHDL/Verilog) for Xilinx Ultrascale Plus devices; integrate with processors and interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, HBM, DDR4, AXI); run simulation, synthesis, P&R, timing closure using Vivado/ModelSim; support lab bring-up and debugging with JTAG, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers; produce documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Design mechanical systems for high-port-density network switches, delivering CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and prototypes. Collaborate cross-functionally on PCB integration, thermal simulations, manufacturability, testing, and supplier DFM. Manage ECO/BOM processes, participate in reviews, support production sustainment, and travel to suppliers as needed.

Design, implement, and test production-grade diagnostics and validation software for new network switch hardware. Lead board bring-up, root-cause analysis, manufacturing diagnostics, and cross-functional coordination with hardware and manufacturing teams. Develop Linux-based system software, drive architecture and code reviews, and provide escalation support for complex hardware-related network issues.
