Provide Tier-3 technical support and escalation for Arista networking products: troubleshoot complex network protocols and hardware/software issues, respond to customers, document cases, and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to resolve and improve product quality.

Design, develop, test, and deploy networking features for Arista EOS using C/C++ and Python. Write specs, automated tests, and work with product, customers, and support to triage and resolve complex network issues. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers while owning features end-to-end.

Design and deliver high-speed Ethernet switch hardware from specification through production: author specs, select and qualify components, capture schematics, collaborate on PCB layout, run signal and power integrity simulations, specify PCB stackups, manage contract manufacturers, prototype lab bring-up and debug, drive cross-team system-level debug, ensure manufacturability, and mentor engineers.
