Supports the Project Manager by coordinating projects from inception through completion, assigning tasks, tracking schedules, risks, opportunities, and progress, and maintaining project documentation. The role also coordinates procurement activities, communicates with project stakeholders, removes blockers, analyzes management information, and updates data security procedures. Strong communication, organization, collaboration, multitasking, adaptability, and ability to work under deadline pressure are required.

Lead implementation of the S7000 system and manage hardware and software product lifecycles. Define project scope, plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; coordinate procurement, vendors, imaging, installation, configuration, integration, site readiness, and customer rollouts. Track progress, control costs, prepare executive reporting, serve as the primary project contact, and mentor project coordinators. The role requires experience delivering hardware product lines and managing software and hardware projects.
