Own and grow complex enterprise accounts by driving adoption, delivering product demonstrations and custom solutions, running strategic research projects, and building in-person stakeholder relationships. Sell Askable’s user-research platform to state and local government agencies. Own full sales cycle for complex, six-figure ARR deals, respond to tenders and panel processes, build business cases, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, and develop a national pipeline and government relationships.

Own Askable’s global privacy program across Australia, the UK, and the US. Manage ROPA, subprocessors, Vanta controls, PIAs, data subject requests, privacy training, regulatory monitoring, ISO 27701 readiness, DPA reviews, and privacy policy updates. Coordinate with external DPO consultants and escalate significant issues to internal technology and information security leadership. The role requires practical privacy compliance experience, strong written communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work across legal, technical, and commercial teams.

Own complex enterprise customer relationships, drive retention, account usage, and growth, deliver product demonstrations and custom solutions, and guide clients through research projects. Build senior stakeholder relationships, optimize account performance, support renewals, and collaborate with internal delivery, fulfillment, product, and sales teams. The role includes regular in-person customer meetings in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, plus participation in UX conferences and meetups.

Build and lead Askable’s People and Culture function in Brisbane. Responsibilities include HR governance, Australian employment-law compliance, visa and work-rights management, employee lifecycle processes, DEEL and HRIS optimization, people reporting, leader enablement, and global culture initiatives. The role operates independently, establishing frameworks, policies, systems, and practices while advising leaders on complex employment matters and escalating issues for legal guidance when necessary.

Lead and grow the Enterprise Success team, owning retention and expansion targets while carrying a personal book. Coach managers, build playbooks and account strategies, partner cross-functionally, run face-to-face customer meetings (including interstate), and deliver high-impact research-driven value to strategic enterprise accounts.
