Lead and grow the Enterprise Success team, owning retention and expansion targets while carrying a personal book. Coach managers, build playbooks and account strategies, partner cross-functionally, run face-to-face customer meetings (including interstate), and deliver high-impact research-driven value to strategic enterprise accounts.

Build and run Askable's in-house legal function: draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts, manage data privacy and cross-border compliance, support SOC 2/ISO processes, advise on corporate governance, employment and commercial matters, and manage external counsel while partnering with Sales, Product, Security and Leadership.

Manage day-to-day financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasts, SaaS metric analysis, cash flow forecasting and financial modeling. Build scalable accounting systems and processes, lead tax R&D and treasury optimisation, collaborate with external advisors, and recruit and mentor the finance team to support a growing tech SaaS business.
