The National Business Development Manager will drive growth initiatives, manage client relationships, oversee RFP processes, and develop sales strategies for Assurant's Connected Living products across Australia.

Oversee the complete salvage lifecycle for recovered devices, including collection, inventory tracking, reconciliation, shipment coordination, and final disposition. Coordinate with freight teams, repairers, vendors, stores, and internal stakeholders to meet SLAs and maximize recovery value. Maintain data integrity, monitor KPIs, identify discrepancies, and drive process improvements while ensuring operational, contractual, and regulatory compliance.

Lead ANZ accounting, financial close and reporting under local GAAP and US GAAP; manage internal and external audits; provide technical accounting guidance; ensure APRA and RBNZ compliance; evaluate contracts, draft accounting memos, improve controls and processes; manage and develop ANZ accounting teams and partner with APAC finance leadership.
