Contract Risk and Compliance Manager supporting ASX's Risk Transformation Program. Plan and deliver risk and compliance uplift activities, document current and future-state processes, develop governance and reporting frameworks, engage stakeholders, and design risk artefacts and frameworks across multiple streams.

The Market Trading Senior Solution Architect will design core trading systems, ensuring high performance and regulatory compliance, while collaborating across multiple project teams and stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex clearing and risk system projects, managing project plans, budgets, risks, stakeholders, vendors and change activities. Drive governance, prepare executive and regulatory reporting, hire and coach teams, and ensure smooth transition to BAU and target operating model.

Support and manage ASX core network infrastructure (datacentre, internet, office, service provider), respond to incidents, perform capacity planning and monitoring, assist with network deployments and projects, operate within ITIL processes, design and support F5 and Palo Alto devices, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver mission-critical network solutions.

Support the Equities Product Team as an Associate Product Owner for the CHESS project. Help maintain and prioritise product backlog, translate strategic vision into scoped requirements, enable industry readiness and system integration, support agile delivery ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to product vision, roadmaps, and knowledge sharing.

Design, deploy and support scalable, highly available AWS Aurora/RDS databases; troubleshoot performance incidents on a 24/7 roster; build automation and operational playbooks; mentor team members and document systems to support migrations and critical projects.

Design and lead solution architecture for mission-critical, low-latency trading and clearing systems. Produce technical solution designs, NFRs and specifications, partner with engineering and delivery teams, and represent architecture in governance forums while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and platforms.

Serve as first point of contact for technical queries from ASX customers, monitor and maintain customer connectivity, support testing and release readiness, manage hotlines/inboxes per SLA, collaborate across teams, and drive process improvements to reduce operational risk.

As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide high-quality technical support to ASX customers, manage connectivity, and assist in system releases, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
