Builds and maintains scalable automation frameworks, reusable test libraries, CI/CD integrations, and quality feedback processes. Develop and maintain secure, automated DevOps and platform engineering capabilities. Responsibilities include AWS infrastructure, Terraform-based Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, observability and OpenTelemetry, automated testing, security controls, and developer enablement. The role creates reusable tools, templates, engineering standards, and documentation while improving delivery speed, reliability, consistency, and productivity in a regulated enterprise environment.

Leads operational support, stability, security, resilience, and continuous improvement for ASX’s SWIFT messaging and payments ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing SAA, SAG, SWIFTNet, HSM, PKI, AWS services, incidents, root-cause investigations, disaster recovery, releases, security controls, and service improvements. The role coordinates technical teams and vendors, mentors support analysts, manages major incidents and operational risks, and participates in 24x7 on-call coverage, weekend activities, resilience testing, and regulated financial-market operations.

As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide high-quality technical support to ASX customers, manage connectivity, and assist in system releases, ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Lead design, build and support of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ATF platform. Deliver integrations, discovery/service mapping, CMDB alignment to CSDM, automate workflows, manage incidents/changes, support upgrades, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Design, deploy and support scalable, highly available AWS Aurora/RDS databases; troubleshoot performance incidents on a 24/7 roster; build automation and operational playbooks; mentor team members and document systems to support migrations and critical projects.
