Contract Risk and Compliance Manager supporting ASX's Risk Transformation Program. Plan and deliver risk and compliance uplift activities, document current and future-state processes, develop governance and reporting frameworks, engage stakeholders, and design risk artefacts and frameworks across multiple streams.

Lead design, build and support of ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ATF platform. Deliver integrations, discovery/service mapping, CMDB alignment to CSDM, automate workflows, manage incidents/changes, support upgrades, and drive continuous platform improvements.

Design, build and maintain Java-based automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Plan and execute automated and manual tests (API, integration, system, regression, end-to-end), validate market data and order flow, manage test environments and data, log and investigate defects, and collaborate with developers, BAs and stakeholders to support safe release promotion.

Design, deploy and support scalable, highly available AWS Aurora/RDS databases; troubleshoot performance incidents on a 24/7 roster; build automation and operational playbooks; mentor team members and document systems to support migrations and critical projects.

Design and lead solution architecture for mission-critical, low-latency trading and clearing systems. Produce technical solution designs, NFRs and specifications, partner with engineering and delivery teams, and represent architecture in governance forums while ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and platforms.
