Teams at ASX

Design, build, and maintain automated testing frameworks and suites using Java, Python, Gherkin, and Bamboo. Plan and execute system, integration, regression, end-to-end, and parallel testing; manage defects, document results, and report test status. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, support teams, stakeholders, and external automation vendors. Support release sign-off, review vendor deliverables, establish test environments and data, and contribute to the Quality Engineering and Testing community.

Leads operational support, stability, security, resilience, and continuous improvement for ASX’s SWIFT messaging and payments ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing SAA, SAG, SWIFTNet, HSM, PKI, AWS services, incidents, root-cause investigations, disaster recovery, releases, security controls, and service improvements. The role coordinates technical teams and vendors, mentors support analysts, manages major incidents and operational risks, and participates in 24x7 on-call coverage, weekend activities, resilience testing, and regulated financial-market operations.

As a Customer Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide high-quality technical support to ASX customers, manage connectivity, and assist in system releases, ensuring excellent customer experiences.
