As a Credit Assessor, you will assess residential home loan applications, manage an application pipeline, and communicate with customers and brokers to ensure compliance and risk standards are met.

Lead delivery for origination platform and broker channels as Product Owner. Manage squad backlog, sprint ceremonies, dependencies and releases. Translate strategy into MVPs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, partner with Design, Engineering and QA, and prioritise operational improvements and incident resolution to maximise velocity and product value.

Design end-to-end customer, broker, and internal experiences for Athena's home loan platform. Run discovery, prototype and validate solutions, partner with product and engineering during delivery, map journeys and systems, measure experience outcomes, and contribute to design systems and ways of working.
