Lead financial control, compliance reporting, and integrity of the general ledger and trust accounting. Own reconciliation frameworks, month‑end and year‑end processes, audit liaison, taxation support, budgeting/forecasting, and continuous process improvements across Treasury, Technology and Operations.

Manage and grow broker relationships in NSW to drive application results. Serve as brokers' primary contact, run onboarding and training, nurture new partnerships, provide platform and policy feedback, collaborate internally, and deliver excellent broker and customer experience through frequent face-to-face engagement.

The Credit Assessor will assess residential home loan applications, manage application pipelines, communicate with clients and brokers, ensure compliance, and contribute positively to team culture.
