Lead DX's APAC marketing presence by owning regional account-based programs, executive events, localized messaging, webinars, and experimentation. Partner closely with AEs, demand gen, events, and product marketing to drive pipeline and adapt global campaigns for APAC.

Lead complex backend engineering initiatives from technical design through launch. Design architectures, deliver solutions used across teams and products, resolve high-risk issues, establish code review and documentation standards, and influence company-wide technical decisions. Mentor engineers, evaluate performance and reliability trade-offs, and contribute to developer experience and productivity using modern cloud platforms, multiple programming languages, and CI/CD practices.

Lead and scale APAC Enterprise Customer Success: hire and develop CSMs, engage C-suite at strategic accounts, drive product adoption and expansion, implement data-driven health metrics and OKRs, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent regional CSM leadership while traveling across APAC as needed.

Lead executive-level technical engagements and enterprise presales for Atlassian, define solution strategies, deliver demos and workshops, influence stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, mentor peers, and drive deal closure and product feedback into roadmap decisions.

Lead strategic engagement with high-value enterprise accounts to drive expansion, retention, and cloud migration. Build C-level relationships, create account and territory plans, negotiate contracts, collaborate with cross-functional and partner teams, forecast sales performance, and mentor junior sellers. Travel as needed to support customer relationships and industry events.
