Implements, operates, and improves enterprise security controls across identity, endpoints, cloud, SaaS, networks, and data. Build incident response tools, systems, playbooks, and programs; conduct exercises and post-incident reviews; mentor team members; collaborate across security teams; engage law enforcement and industry bodies; and produce threat intelligence. The role requires expertise across multiple security domains, cloud and network technologies, scripting, and incident response leadership.

Lead enterprise customers through AI adoption using Atlassian Rovo, from discovery and solution design through production deployment. Build Rovo agents, configure connectors, develop scalable engagement playbooks, enable internal teams, and translate customer feedback into product improvements. Partner with Product, Engineering, account teams, and Customer Success Managers to drive measurable adoption and business outcomes. The role involves up to 15% domestic and international travel.

Build and improve core AI and machine learning infrastructure enabling teams to develop, train, evaluate, deploy, and operate ML models and pipelines. Design scalable distributed systems, support end-to-end ML lifecycles, implement MLOps automation, collaborate with product engineering teams, lead projects from design through launch, review code, document solutions, and mentor junior engineers. Work may include dataset curation, LLM fine-tuning, model serving, monitoring, and generative AI systems.

Design, build, deploy, and operate agentic LLM harnesses powering Rovo AI features. Improve production model quality, reliability, and cost; develop evaluations, datasets, benchmarks, fine-tuning, and model-serving capabilities. Shape long-term LLM engineering direction, lead technical initiatives, influence stakeholders, guide virtual squads, and coach junior engineers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performing frontend systems and user interfaces. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to solve user problems; lead technical design, implementation, launches, code reviews, documentation, and complex fixes. Mentor engineers, contribute to frontend testing and release practices, and help deliver reliable software across Atlassian’s cloud product suite.
