Sell Jira Service Management to SMB customers by acting as an ITSM/ESM subject matter expert, driving solution sales, co-selling, upsell/cross-sell, building business cases, and collaborating with global sales teams to maximize customer value and capture market insights.

Responsible for driving revenue growth in the mid-market segment through prospecting, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

Lead strategic engagement with high-value enterprise accounts to drive expansion, retention, and cloud migration. Build C-level relationships, create account and territory plans, negotiate contracts, collaborate with cross-functional and partner teams, forecast sales performance, and mentor junior sellers. Travel as needed to support customer relationships and industry events.
