Atlassian Software Engineer Intern will join an R&D team to design, code, and ship features, work on full lifecycle product development, and apply data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming under senior engineer mentorship during a 12-week paid program.

Build and deploy machine learning and predictive models to solve product and growth problems. Translate business problems into technical solutions and deliver reliable, low-bug software artifacts. Collaborate with cross-functional partners on feature engineering, experimentation, and data pipelines to create measurable product value.

Contribute to analytics and data science projects: design and analyze experiments, measure product impact, build data-driven recommendations, present insights to leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
