Manage enterprise marketing operations across Marketo and Salesforce, including campaign execution, lead nurturing, A/B testing, data quality, reporting, ticket prioritization, process optimization, documentation, and stakeholder support. Partner with vendors and offshore agencies, lead cross-functional initiatives, globalize campaigns, and improve scalable workflows using integrations and emerging agentic AI tools.

Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans for high-value enterprise customers. Build C-level relationships, identify expansion opportunities, lead complex negotiations, and position Atlassian solutions against customer objectives. Coordinate cross-functional and channel teams, manage executive escalations, forecast sales performance, maintain CRM metrics, conduct market research, and close strategic opportunities. The role includes mentoring junior sales staff and traveling for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Atlassian’s Goals and Projects products. Drive AI-powered capabilities, enterprise administration and governance features, customer discovery, product execution, cross-functional alignment, launches, and ongoing optimization. Partner with engineering, design, research, analytics, go-to-market, and other Atlassian product teams. Mentor product managers and influence broader product direction.
