Lead quantitative advisory projects on energy transition and electricity markets: structure analyses with modelling teams, derive data-driven insights, present to clients, manage junior staff, monitor policy/market developments, and contribute to product development and client engagement.

Lead and deliver consulting projects in Australian energy markets: scope and manage multiple analytics and modelling engagements, coach and develop analysts, win and grow client relationships, and produce rigorous quantitative insights to inform client decisions.

Own and execute the Australia product strategy for Aurora's energy analytics software. Define regional roadmaps, prioritise features, manage backlog, specify UI and modelling requirements, and lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, modelling, research, and commercial teams. Build client relationships, gather user feedback, and collaborate with APAC and Oxford stakeholders to drive product adoption and team development.
