Provides commercially focused legal advice on complex and significant matters, manages legal risks, leads negotiations and cross-functional legal work, advises senior stakeholders, and coordinates external counsel. The role independently owns matters through resolution, supports strategic business decisions, coaches less experienced lawyers, and improves Legal team processes through playbooks, precedents, tools, and data-informed practices.

The Strategy Manager will help shape and execute AP+’s enterprise strategy across Australia’s payments ecosystem. Responsibilities include analyzing complex strategic questions, monitoring market developments, assessing investments and trade-offs, developing recommendations, leading workstreams, supporting execution, measuring outcomes, and aligning product, technology, operations, and industry stakeholders.

Leads business analysis across complex initiatives, manages and mentors business analysts, and ensures high-quality analysis deliverables. Responsibilities include business cases, feasibility and impact assessments, requirements management, process and data modelling, stakeholder facilitation, risk assessment, recommendations, user acceptance testing, and continuous improvement. The role partners with delivery and technology teams across the project lifecycle and contributes to business analysis standards and capability development.
