Leads complex, high-value technology contract negotiations and renewals while managing end-to-end project delivery. Develops negotiation strategies, coordinates Technology, Product, Legal, Risk, Finance, and executive stakeholders, manages plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting, and translates commercial and technology complexities into executive recommendations. The role addresses operational resilience, cybersecurity, cloud services, data protection, incident management, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Leads complex risk advisory and assurance activities across commercial and shared services teams. Provides specialist guidance on risk, controls, governance, compliance, and remediation; conducts formal reviews, assesses control effectiveness, reports findings, and recommends improvements. The role partners with senior stakeholders, influences risk decisions, strengthens risk-management processes, and continuously improves assurance methods within a regulated payments environment.
