Leads nationwide workforce strategy, capability development, volunteer planning, wellbeing, and engagement for Australian Red Cross Emergency Services. The role develops scalable workforce models, builds high-performing distributed teams, supports emergency readiness, and partners with internal, government, and external stakeholders. It also oversees workforce initiatives, organisational change, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement across disaster resilience, response, and recovery programs.

Develops and manages corporate, government, philanthropic, and other partnerships to secure financial and non-financial support for Australian Red Cross. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, negotiations, funding proposals, grants and tenders, partnership strategy, sector research, and donor acquisition, retention, and growth. The role also provides advice on funding trends and ensures partnerships align with organisational priorities.
