Lead end-to-end change management across complex investment initiatives, from impact assessment and planning through implementation, adoption, and transition to business as usual. Partner with senior stakeholders, sponsors, leaders, and delivery teams; manage readiness, risks, resistance, and dependencies; coach stakeholders; and strengthen organisational change capability. Use iterative delivery practices, AI, and data to improve change effectiveness and ensure sustainable outcomes across geographically distributed teams.

Oversee incident management for Member Operations, including Insurance Operations and Claims. Review and assess incidents, advise stakeholders, assign ownership, coordinate regulatory requirements, support timely escalation and closure, and identify risk reduction and control improvements. The role analyzes trends and root causes, translates regulatory obligations into business outcomes, and influences stakeholders to ensure incidents are managed effectively under the Fund’s risk framework.

Supports the transformation of AustralianSuper’s Financial Advice operation by developing business requirements, process models, and transition plans. The role contributes to workforce planning, change initiatives, business testing, implementation, and hypercare activities. It requires strong business analysis experience in financial advice or planning, ideally within superannuation, along with expertise in requirements management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk and issue analysis, and Agile or Waterfall project environments.

Lead global physical security, threat intelligence and security risk activities across domestic and international locations. Monitor emerging threats, produce intelligence briefings and risk assessments, oversee travel risk and incident support, partner with leaders and vendors, support executive/high-risk events, and drive continuous improvement in security governance and controls.

Lead investor relations and ESG communications to position the fund as a global leader. Manage stakeholder mapping, reputation and communications for transactions, support governance and transaction processes, implement AI opportunities for the team, and collaborate across investment and member domains to deliver proactive and reactive stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Lead sourcing and contracting strategies across the Fund: run large-scale sourcing initiatives, negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier relationships and third‑party risk, produce RFx and evaluation frameworks, manage contract lifecycles and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Projects and business stakeholders to deliver commercial value.

Lead First Line compliance for the Finance Domain: embed and own regulatory compliance and monitoring, assess regulatory impacts and incidents, facilitate governance groups, advise on regulatory change, lead reporting and dashboards, and apply AI/automation to improve risk and compliance processes.

Provides compliance advice, oversight, and regulatory guidance across the Member Domain within a financial services organization. Responsibilities include managing obligations, assessing incidents and breaches, supporting regulatory change, reviewing marketing and communications, delivering compliance training, advising senior stakeholders, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to continuous improvement and team leadership.

Lead claims operations improvement by assessing the claims ecosystem, recommending and delivering process and systems enhancements, drafting business cases and governance papers, engaging stakeholders, tracking outcomes, and supporting change to improve member claim experience and timely payments.

Lead and improve claims operations by providing governance, technical expertise, risk management, reporting, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across internal teams and service providers to deliver compliant, high-quality member outcomes.

Support processing and checking of US fortnightly and UK monthly payrolls, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, investigate and resolve complex payroll issues, assist with annual reporting and transfers/secondees, maintain procedures, and respond to employee payroll queries while ensuring data confidentiality and process improvements.

Lead translation of business requirements into delivery-ready investment data solutions. Engineer and enhance investment data platforms, design and manage data pipelines, embed AI-enabled capabilities, and support governance, data quality and continuous improvement across investment, data and technology stakeholders.
