Lead investor relations and ESG communications to position the fund as a global leader. Manage stakeholder mapping, reputation and communications for transactions, support governance and transaction processes, implement AI opportunities for the team, and collaborate across investment and member domains to deliver proactive and reactive stakeholder engagement and reporting.

Lead sourcing and contracting strategies across the Fund: run large-scale sourcing initiatives, negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier relationships and third‑party risk, produce RFx and evaluation frameworks, manage contract lifecycles and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Projects and business stakeholders to deliver commercial value.

Manage end-to-end contact centre incidents, coordinate investigations and remediation, support third-party providers, strengthen risk and control frameworks, partner with Risk/Audit/Fraud/Operations, monitor risk indicators, prepare post-incident reviews and governance reporting, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead controls governance and uplift across the fund by embedding the Controls Standard, delivering oversight, reporting and insights, improving GRC controls module, driving training, and supporting regulatory engagements and audits to strengthen the control environment.

Provide Line 2 independent oversight, advice and challenge across Finance risks (third party, crediting rate, tax, valuation). Establish and execute risk-based monitoring, analyse risk data, oversee incidents and remediation, lead third-party risk programs, support regulatory engagements and audits, and improve financial risk frameworks, policies and controls.

Provide independent Line 2 oversight of cybersecurity risks, controls and resilience across the Fund. Establish Line 2 operating model, assess cyber risk profile, review control testing and maturity, oversee incidents and third-party risks, prepare evidence-based reporting for executives and regulators, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Partner with Member Domain business units to operate and manage risk, incidents and obligations per the Fund's Risk Management Framework. Execute Line 1 risk and controls activities, perform control testing, thematic and incident reviews, provide risk reporting and insights, support remediation and strategic projects, and present outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Lead first-line compliance for the Strategy & Corporate Affairs domain, provide regulatory and technical SME advice on general advice obligations, review and sign-off external materials, support member outcomes, annual reporting and communications, build relationships across Lines 1-3, and drive a service-oriented compliance culture.

Manage and investigate complex insurance and claims incidents across Member Operations, coordinate internal and third-party resolution, perform root cause analysis, support remediation and communications, and use incident data to drive continuous improvement and reduce operational risk.

Review and assess a wide range of member-facing and marketing materials for regulatory compliance across superannuation and financial services. Provide guidance, training and breach support, maintain records, implement compliance processes, and work with stakeholders to deliver consistent, risk‑based outcomes.

Provide operational compliance support for insurance-related member operations within the Member Domain. Assess processes, documentation and communications for regulatory compliance, identify risks, assist with incident/breach assessments, maintain records, and support development of controls, guidance and training to ensure compliant member outcomes.

Lead enterprise Finance data, analytics, and AI strategy to improve speed, quality, consistency, and usefulness of financial data and insights. Define future-state architecture, set standards and governance, act as a Finance CoE, partner with Technology and business unit Finance heads, provide thought leadership on high-impact initiatives, and uplift capability across Finance without centralising day-to-day analytics delivery.

Lead First Line compliance for the Finance Domain: embed and own regulatory compliance and monitoring, assess regulatory impacts and incidents, facilitate governance groups, advise on regulatory change, lead reporting and dashboards, and apply AI/automation to improve risk and compliance processes.

Support the CFO by running day-to-day CFO office operations, ensuring governance and coordination across Finance. Draft and quality-assure board/committee papers, provide technical finance input, track priorities and deliverables, surface risks, and coordinate leadership communications to enable executive decision-making and efficient Finance function delivery.
