Lead end-to-end change management across complex investment initiatives, from impact assessment and planning through implementation, adoption, and transition to business as usual. Partner with senior stakeholders, sponsors, leaders, and delivery teams; manage readiness, risks, resistance, and dependencies; coach stakeholders; and strengthen organisational change capability. Use iterative delivery practices, AI, and data to improve change effectiveness and ensure sustainable outcomes across geographically distributed teams.

Oversee incident management for Member Operations, including Insurance Operations and Claims. Review and assess incidents, advise stakeholders, assign ownership, coordinate regulatory requirements, support timely escalation and closure, and identify risk reduction and control improvements. The role analyzes trends and root causes, translates regulatory obligations into business outcomes, and influences stakeholders to ensure incidents are managed effectively under the Fund’s risk framework.

Supports the transformation of AustralianSuper’s Financial Advice operation by developing business requirements, process models, and transition plans. The role contributes to workforce planning, change initiatives, business testing, implementation, and hypercare activities. It requires strong business analysis experience in financial advice or planning, ideally within superannuation, along with expertise in requirements management, workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk and issue analysis, and Agile or Waterfall project environments.
