The Business Development Representative will prospect territory accounts to support Autodesk's sales teams, build a customer pipeline, and manage leads in Salesforce.com.

Manage a portfolio of AECO enterprise customers in Australia/New Zealand to drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Autodesk solutions. Co-create and execute Customer Success Plans, monitor usage and health metrics, reduce churn, document business value, and coordinate across Sales, Channel Partners, and internal teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

Lead high-complexity technical engagements for enterprise accounts: run discovery, design multi-solution architectures, develop Customer Technical Vision, advise stakeholders, drive expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent Autodesk externally.
