Supports change communications and stakeholder engagement for an enterprise GRC transformation. Creates communications, presentations, FAQs, intranet content, leader briefings, learning materials, and training resources. Simplifies complex policy and process changes, improves risk and compliance content, supports employee adoption, and contributes to content governance. The role also explores AI-enabled tools to improve learning and content creation.

Supports independent Line 2 oversight of financial risks across the Group, including monitoring risk appetite, capital, liquidity, credit, investment, market, treasury, and reporting risks. Prepares management and Board reporting, contributes to stress testing and scenario analysis, reviews policies and business initiatives, and helps enhance the financial risk framework. The role requires collaboration with Finance, Treasury, Investment, Actuarial, and business stakeholders in an APRA-regulated environment.

Provides tailored personal advice on life, TPD, trauma, and income protection insurance to medical professionals and their families. Advises on personal and business insurance strategies, including key person, business overheads, and buy/sell arrangements. Builds client relationships, conducts compliant research, prepares advice, manages regulatory obligations, and uses XPLAN and Commpay for workflow and premium administration.
