Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, families, suppliers, and internal teams. Handle inbound sales enquiries, transfer leads to sales experts, respond through phone, email, web chat, and Facebook, maintain accurate call records, and meet call-quality and KPI targets. The role requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, Microsoft Office and Teams proficiency, and on-site availability from 7 a.m.

Leads the day-to-day operations of a retirement community, overseeing resident satisfaction, facilities, compliance, safety, budgets, financial performance, recruitment, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement. The role resolves resident concerns, manages contractors and maintenance activities, presents financial updates, drives KPI improvements, and fosters a welcoming, supportive community culture.
