Lead high-speed hardware design from specification through production while ensuring product and process quality. Perform component selection, supplier quality evaluation, inspection/testing procedures, audits (ISO 9001), root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, 8D). Support customer technical discussions, quality reporting, and process optimization to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

Perform inside sales and customer service for electronic components: handle inbound/outbound inquiries, develop customer relationships, provide quotes/pricing, coordinate order fulfillment, collaborate with internal teams, and identify sales opportunities to meet revenue targets.
