Responds to customer inquiries, tracks and expedites orders, prepares quotes, processes invoices and returns, resolves discrepancies and credit issues, and communicates order dispositions. Maintains customer records, handles claims and complaints, supports sales teams, and identifies process improvements using performance metrics. The role requires independent prioritization, multitasking, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with computer, email, and phone systems.

Lead high-speed hardware design from specification through production while ensuring product and process quality. Perform component selection, supplier quality evaluation, inspection/testing procedures, audits (ISO 9001), root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, 8D). Support customer technical discussions, quality reporting, and process optimization to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

Provide first-level HR service center support across payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations and HR transactions. Maintain HRIS records, prepare reports/correspondence, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and coordinate cross-functional resolution and project tasks.
