Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal & Contracts team, review and process standard commercial contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements), coordinate KYC and supplier/counterparty onboarding, maintain contract registers and trackers, manage DocuSign signature processes, and escalate complex matters to the Senior Lawyer.
