One of the great things about BAE Systems is that it easy in my role to get the charge code to be able to say, I'm going to spend a whole lot of time working on this interesting problem and then write a paper on it. Kind of like an academic researcher, but just in industry you don't typically get that sort of flexibility in a lot of jobs.

BAE Systems supported me during two beautiful paid for full pay maternity leaves, not everyone is doing that. I honestly had a really hard time coming back to work during them.
