Delivers commercial reporting and financial analysis across sales, margins, products, customers, inventory, and branches. Identifies performance trends, risks, and opportunities; supports branch P&L reporting, account reconciliations, rebates, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to translate data into actionable insights. Builds and improves Excel, VBA, and Power BI reports while maintaining accuracy and financial controls.

Designs and delivers blended learning and leadership programs, develops capability frameworks, and supports talent, succession, performance, engagement, culture, and organisational development initiatives. Partners with senior leaders and People & Culture teams to identify capability needs, manage program implementation, administer the LMS, evaluate effectiveness using people data and feedback, and support organisational change.

Drive revenue growth across New South Wales by securing new trade and wholesale customers, developing strategic account relationships, executing territory growth plans, negotiating commercial agreements, and achieving sales targets. The role includes market research, proposal development, customer performance monitoring, pipeline reporting, and collaboration with branch, marketing, product, finance, and key account teams. Regional travel is required.
