Provide high-level administrative and operational support to two senior executives. Responsibilities include complex diary and travel management, correspondence, inbox and priority management, meeting and event coordination, executive reporting, stakeholder liaison, confidential information handling, onboarding and offboarding support, governance administration, compliance tracking, and team engagement initiatives.

Plan and manage allocated supply chain resources and demand processes to ensure customer service levels, develop demand forecasts, and coordinate replenishment and inventory planning.

Partner with business leaders across Wholesale, CVG and JAS to deliver people strategies supporting performance, engagement and growth. Provide employee relations advice, drive organisational design, workforce planning, change management, leadership capability, talent and succession planning, and people analytics to inform decisions. Coach leaders, manage workplace investigations and ensure policies and employment legislation are applied to foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
