Lead and coach store managers across a 15-store region to deliver sales, margin and profit targets. Implement business plans and initiatives, manage regional budgets and fleet, recruit and develop teams, ensure WHS compliance, drive customer and trade relationships, and contribute to the Burson Leadership Team.
