Coordinates marketing calendars, campaigns, promotions, product launches, customer communications, dashboards, and performance reporting. Analyzes campaign, category, and sales results to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Partners with Marketing, Sales, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams to track milestones, communicate outcomes, and support commercially focused decision-making and leadership updates.

Owns the ServiceNow ITSM platform and roadmap while improving IT service management maturity, workflows, automation, governance, reporting, and service delivery outcomes. The role partners with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders; leads enhancements, integrations, process documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives; and acts as the ServiceNow Product Owner.

Coordinates operations across the JAS store network by managing enquiries, shared inboxes, administrative follow-ups, fleet activities, payroll validation, communications, documentation, compliance tracking, property maintenance, and network development projects. The role supports store and regional leaders, facilitates continuous improvement, and helps ensure operational processes run efficiently across multiple stakeholders and locations.
