Support portfolio management for real estate funds by preparing valuations, NAVs, investor reporting, fund models, covenant monitoring, financial analysis for acquisitions/leases/CAPEX/debt, market research, ESG initiatives, and client relationship management.

Responsible for fund and project accounting for Australian real estate funds: month-end management accounts, consolidated reporting (IFRS), property accounting review, tax and BAS preparation, unit pricing, audits, cashflow forecasting, system administration, compliance, and process improvements. Works with external property managers and supports debt, investment administration and development cost accounting.

The Fund Controller will oversee fund and project reporting, manage statutory compliance, lead a team, and provide accounting advisory in the real estate sector.
