Analyze and screen commercial real estate transactions across property sectors, build acquisition and development financial models, conduct due diligence, and prepare investment recommendations. Support transactions through settlement, portfolio and asset management, budgeting, investor reporting, market research, and acquisition pipeline activities. The role requires strong real estate investment judgment, advanced Excel skills, high-quality writing, stakeholder communication, independent ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Support APAC Client Portfolio Management and Real Estate Investment teams to execute capital raising for APAC real estate equity and debt. Pursue separate accounts, manage RFP/RFI responses, produce investor materials, run due diligence, coordinate reporting and investor events, attend roadshows and industry meetings, engage stakeholders, and report capital-raising progress.

Responsible for fund and project accounting for Australian real estate funds: month-end management accounts, consolidated reporting (IFRS), property accounting review, tax and BAS preparation, unit pricing, audits, cashflow forecasting, system administration, compliance, and process improvements. Works with external property managers and supports debt, investment administration and development cost accounting.
